How do I cancel my Pro or Pro+ Subscription?
You can view and manage your subscription at any time on our website. After logging in, go to the drop-down menu on the top left of the screen followed by "Settings" at the bottom. The "Payments and Subscriptions" option provides information about your subscription level. You can also update your payment details as required.
If you purchased Pro or Pro+ via the app, you will need to do the following to cancel your subscription:
- Android: Open the Google Play Store on your smartphone or tablet and tap the profile symbol in the top right corner → "Subscriptions and payments" → "Subscriptions" → select the Outdooractive subscription. You can find more information in the Google Play Help Center.
- iOS: Open “Settings“ → “[Your Name]“ → “Subscriptions“ → tap the subscription. For more information, see Apple Support.
You can cancel your subscription at any point ahead of its next renewal date. The earliest date that the cancellation takes effect is the end of the subscription period that has already been paid for. This means that you can continue to enjoy all the benefits of your Pro or Pro+ subscription until then.
Please note: You cannot undo a cancellation. If you canceled in error, once the subscription ends you can easily re-subscribe with just a few clicks.
