How does the synchronization between app and platform work?
To make sure your content is always up to date, the synchronization between app and platform runs automatically on both iOS and Android.
How synchronization works
The synchronization of your account content works automatically in both directions (Platform ⇒ App, App ⇒ Platform). This way you always have your content up to date both in the app and on the platform.
In the app you also have the option of manual synchronization. You can trigger this with the synchronization button. You will find it under "My page" at the very bottom.
Requirements
The following requirements must be met for the synchronization to work smoothly:
- You need an active account.
- You need to be logged in on the platform and in the app with the same account.
- You need stable access to the Internet - both in the app and in the platform.
