The "Seitensprünge" hiking-trails at the Moselle

These little walks around the Moselle guarantee plenty of variety. They take you up through the vineyards to the nearby hills of the Eifel and Hunsrück. These designated short walking trails and circuits often link the river landscape to the meadows and forests of the nearby Mittelgebirge mountains. Lovely little wine villages, castles and attractions all feature on these little walks, as does the option of stopping for a glass of Moselle wine. And every walk is rewarded with wonderful views down into the Moselle valley.
