From Selbu over the Våttåfjell to Trondheim. Scenic area on the final stage from Selbu to Trondheim.

Pilegrimsleden between Stugudal and Tydal. The route is mostly very narrow along the Tya in Tydal and later along the Nea in Nea Ödalen. If you prefer tarmac, stay on the 705 from the start and continue to Selbu. The track ends just before Kolset on the Nea at a bathing spot.

Short intermediate stage from Aursunden to Stugasjöen with a rich variety of wildlife and panoramic views from 920 metres above sea level across to Skardörs and Vigelfjell in the east and Kjölifjell in the west.

A very scenic stage, especially the toll road to Savalen. Also a great alternative to the 29 and E3 between Einabu and Tynset. For more information, see short description and route description.

Rondane south-east framing with crossing of Venabygdfjellet. From the fell down into the Atna valley. Rv 27 is one of 18 Norwegian Scenic Routes. Via Folldal to Grimsbu, surprisingly few metres in altitude for a long distance.

From Lake Tyin with its high alpine panorama, we cross over to Eidsbugarden, where we take the MS Bitihorn to Bygdin. From Bygdin, we roll onto the Jotunheimenvegen and enjoy the remoteness and the impressive landscape. After driving round the Buho, the view is stunning. The Mjølkevegen then leads rapidly down to Skabu, our destination.

A somewhat shorter stage with manageable metres in altitude. Very beautiful views on the ascent and the Tyinsee offers impressive camping opportunities. Of course you can also do some great fishing here.

5-star tour with views of Jotunheimen, the highest mountain range in Northern Europe. Mainly off the E16 with the usual metres in altitude but magnificent views of the Norwegian expanse. At Vangsmjøsa, the steep rock faces of Vennisfjell and Skutshorn.

An energy-sapping stage that first runs alongside the River Etna and then leads over the Leierskogen mountain range. First breather on the descent to Bagn in the Valdres region before heading back up to Reinli and its beautiful, very old stave church (13th century). Halfway up, the panoramic trail continues until there is a really fast descent on fresh tarmac before Aurdal. Shortly before the descent to Aurdal campsite, there is a small, worthwhile bathing area on the right.

Beautiful route with views of the picturesque landscape by the fjord. A short ferry ride from Horn to Tangen halfway along the route. On the west side of the water, absolute peace and quiet. The constant ups and downs allow you to gain a few metres in altitude. Very beautiful river delta just before the tranquil town of Dokka.
