Short but very scenic mountain bike tour in Lichtenstein

The SwitzerlandMobility Rheintal-Bike Route 48 leads from Balzers to Ruggell.   What makes this route so special is that the whole length of Liechtenstein will be explored by bike. 

Three mountain creeks form the framework for the Valorsch-Tour.

The Pfälzer hut is found at 2108 meters above sea level, the highest destination for mountain bikers in Liechtenstein. 

Erste Etappe der Alpenüberquerung von Feldkirch zum Lago Maggiore. Zum Start der Tour rollt man am Rhein entlang nach Bad Ragaz, wo man den ersten größeren Anstieg zur Taminabrücke vorfindet. Auf dieser Höhe geht es dann noch einige Kilometer leicht bergauf durch das Taminatal zum Berggasthaus Eggwald.

Beautiful round tour to one of the most beautiful viewpoints of the region. Demanding Singeltraildownhil down to the Rhine. With the exception of a few short stretches, all routes are passable.

Starting point is at the Post-office in Schaanwald. From there the Bike tour to the Maurerberg (Maurer mountain) is on a forest path.

Although this is a demanding route for mountain-bikers in top condition, it does not require any special skills as it runs along good paths and tracks which are also in good condition through the forests and along the alpine routes.
